Apple salad, for breakfast or snack.

I have posted several salads, and we have enjoyed each of them.  I keep creating ideas, and here was my latest, that I have eaten for breakfast or as a snack.

I have an interesting note to share.  I was creating noodles from an apple yesterday afternoon.  A piece of my spiralizer had a problem.  I sent an email to the company, and they answered me within hours, including a solution.  I answered them back, thanking them for their assistance.  While I slept, they answered me back again, confirming what they were going to do.  Within 12 hours of my problem, they answered my concern, and confirmed their committment to their product line.  Who does that?

Okay, so back to my apple salad.  I spiral cut an apple.  I add cinnamon, maple syrup and cheddar cheese, or pecans.  Today, it was pecans.


For each spiraled apple, (or knife cut apple) add:

1/4 tsp of cinnamon, more or less to taste
1 tsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of pecans, halves, pieces or whichever cut you have. More or less per taste. Or walnuts, or almonds. Which will you choose?
