What do you eat?

I admit to being a recipe hoarder.  There, I have said it.

I have a little story I will share with you.  I have known my husband my entire life.  I knew the family he was born into, and where they lived.  When we reconnected as adults, we chatted for several weeks before getting together.  He came to my condo, saw my ingredients for eating gluten free and sugar free, and told me he didn’t know how to cook for me.  Flash forward almost 4 years, and he now eats gluten free.  While he’s not eating sugar free, he has reduced the amount of sugar he eats.

When reviewing recipes, I look for ingredients that are familiar to me, that have earned shelf space in our pantry.  Here are several of the winners.

Anything I have tried from http://www.glutenfreeonashoestring.com has been good.  I bought all her books, and my husband and I had plenty of great meal additions from her work.  Now I limit my exposure, but if you need a treat, check out her site.

This is the short list of what we have been eating.  These were worthy enough to make it to my recipe binder.  What have you been eating?
