Two notes for you:
- I shred the cabbage by “slicing” it in the food processor. I have tried doing it by hand, and I wasn’t enjoying the long strands of cabbage I encountered. Of, course, it’s your choice.
- SpecialK can’t consume very spicy, and I don’t enjoy very spicy, so I left out the garlic chili paste. Again, it is your choice.
