New Pizza crust

Hello to all!

I wandered around Costco’s bakery one day to see what I could find that I could eat.  Since I can eat wheat now, I wanted to see what they had that would help me stay low carb.

This is what I found!

So I defrosted one of the flatbreads,  put a bit of sauce down on it,  ground some Italian herbs over it,  and maybe a pinch of Basil,  and topped it with handfuls of shredded Mozzarella,  and some Parmesan  cheese.   I added my final topping,  some small tomatoes,  eaxmxh one cut in half.   I baked it in our toaster/oven/convection machine.

So,  I may have over heated it a minute or two, but no complaints.   Having grown up with pita pizzas,  this seemed like a lot of food,  for 12 g carb as a base.
